Cold forging, heat treating, centerless grinding, thread rolling, and CNC machining are all performed under one roof to exacting tolerances that exceed aerospace standards. Critically, ARP rolls all threads after heat treatment — a process that delivers up to 20 times greater fatigue strength than fasteners threaded before heat treatment. Every stud and bolt is individually rack heat-treated for 360° penetration, then tested on computer-controlled Instron tensile machines to verify ultimate tensile strength before it ever ships.
