On the Akrapovič dyno it added 9.9 hp and 12.5 lb-ft, tested on a BMW M6 Gran Coupé (F06).

Performance and Sound

Compared with a rear-only system, the Evolution Line replaces a larger share of the factory exhaust. That gives better gains across the rev range and a sound that is consistent from the front of the system to the tailpipes. The valved design means one exhaust can be refined on the motorway and loud on a back road or track.

Materials and Construction

Akrapovič works titanium in-house, from forming the tubes to welding the sections. The material is light, strong and very resistant to heat and corrosion.

Every Akrapovič part is engineered for a specific car rather than adapted from a universal design. That is why the fitment list below is so specific.

Features

Titanium construction

Akrapovič dyno result: +9.9 hp at 5,950 rpm

Akrapovič dyno result: +12.5 lb-ft at 5,200 rpm

Weighs 56.7 lb (25.7 kg), 23.1 lb (29%) less than stock

Valved for a quiet cruise and a louder sound under load

Natural titanium finish

Direct fit to the factory mounting points

Genuine Akrapovič part

What Is Included

Akrapovič BMW M6 Gran Coupe (F06) Evolution Line Cat Back (Titanium) (ME-BM/T/6H)

The Akrapovič tail pipe set you choose in the Add Exhaust Tips menu, if any

Required Parts (Sold Separately)

Akrapovič tail pipe set (required to complete the system): choose Titanium Tips TP-T/S/5, Carbon Tips TP-CT/10 in the Add Exhaust Tips menu, or select No if you already have a set

Specs

Part number: ME-BM/T/6H

Brand: Akrapovič

Material: titanium

Finish: natural titanium

Type: Evolution Line exhaust

Akrapovič product weight: 56.7 lb (25.7 kg)

Weight saving vs. stock: 23.1 lb (10.5 kg), 29%

Shipping dimensions: 65.748 x 29.7244 x 14.3701 in (167 x 75 x 37 cm)

Shipping weight: 66.1387 lb (30.0 kg)

Fitment Notes

Fitment covers the US-market cars in the table below; check the chassis and engine before ordering.

We recommend installation by a qualified shop.

Year

Make

Model

Chassis

Engine

2014-2019

BMW

M6 Gran Coupe

F06

4.4L Twin-Turbo V8

https://autotalent.com/products/akrapovic-bmw-m6-gran-coupe-f06-evolution-line-cat-back-titanium-2014-2019
