remus-e70-x5-axle-back-exhaust-2008-2010
Remus E70 X5 Axle-Back Exhaust | 2008-2010

Remus part 089407 1549 is an axle-back exhaust developed for the BMW X5 xDrive48i (E70). It fits the 2008-2010 model years sold in the US. If you are shopping for a bmw x5 exhaust, this Remus part is made specifically for that application. Like every Remus part, it is developed in Austria for a specific vehicle, so it bolts up to the factory mounting points without modification.

What It Does

It is a rear-section upgrade: the stock rear muffler comes off and the Remus silencer bolts on in its place, so the change is mostly to the sound and the look of the rear end.

Sound and Character

Remus tunes its exhausts for a sporty but refined sound: noticeably fuller than stock, without an intrusive drone at cruising speed.

Vehicle Coverage

This part is listed for the 2008-2010 BMW X5 xDrive48i (chassis E70) with the 4.8L V8 engine. Model years follow the US market, not the European production dates Remus publishes.

Materials and Construction

Remus makes its exhaust parts from high-grade materials and checks each part for fit and finish. A 24-month Remus warranty covers the part.

Features

Genuine Remus axle-back exhaust

Made for the BMW X5 xDrive48i (E70)

What Is Included

1 x Remus Sport exhaust, left/right each 1 tail pipe, 135x75 mm angled (089407 1549)

Installation

Remus designs its parts to bolt on at the factory mounting points without cutting or welding.
