It replaces the bulky factory downpipe assembly between the turbos and the mid pipe with a single, smooth-flowing stainless pipe, and VRSF designed it specifically around the US-spec car.

What It Does

The 335d makes huge torque from its sequential twin turbos, but the factory downpipe assembly is restrictive and heavy. A full 3-inch stainless pipe lowers back pressure, which helps the turbos spool faster and lets a tuned engine make more power. VRSF measures 20 to 30 hp with a tune, and the exhaust note becomes more noticeable.

Materials and Construction

The downpipe is mandrel bent and TIG welded from 3-inch 304 stainless steel with smooth radius bends, and the flanges are CNC machined from 304 stainless steel. It is hand crafted and bolts into the factory location.

Features

Built for the US-market E90 335d

3in mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel

CNC 304 stainless flanges

Smooth radius bends for better flow

20-30 hp with a tune (VRSF figures)

VRSF lifetime warranty and No Hassle fitment guarantee

What Is Included

VRSF 3in performance downpipe for the 335d

Required Parts

An engine tune is required for this downpipe.

Specs

Part number: 10902090

Brand: VRSF

Material: 304 stainless steel, TIG-welded

Pipe diameter: 3 in

Engine: M57 3.0L twin-turbo diesel

Shipping dimensions: 24 x 7 x 6 in (61 x 18 x 15 cm)

Shipping weight: 8 lb (3.6 kg)

Fitment Notes

Fits US-market 335d sedans only.

This part is sold for off-road and competition use only and is not legal for use on public roads.
