BC Forged modular wheels use two-piece construction: a forged center face is bolted to a separately-forged lip, joined with stainless or black hardware. That separation matters because it gives the buyer real control over what a one-piece wheel can't change — lip depth, exact width, and the visual relationship between center and barrel.

The case for modular is mostly about specification flexibility. You can run a deeper lip without changing the face design, dial in widths in finer increments than a monoblock catalog typically offers, choose between a flat lip (LE-style) and a stepped lip (MLE-style), and on select designs hide the hardware behind the face for a clean monoblock-look finish. For show builds, stance setups, and any project where the lip is doing visual work, modular is usually the better starting point.

The modular catalog is the deeper of the two construction families at BC Forged. The HCA series (HCA162, HCA191, HCA192, HCA218, HCA381, HCA384, HCA510, HCA511, HCA674, HCA811) covers concave-face designs across a wide range of spoke counts and styles. The HCS series (HCS01, HCS02, HCS04, HCS21, HCS24, HCS31, HCS35, HCS37, HCS72) leans toward classic split-spoke and multi-spoke designs with deeper lip options. The LE and MLE series (LE05, LE10/MLE10, LE31/MLE31, LE52/MLE52, LE61, LE72/MLE72, LE81/MLE81, LE93/MLE93) is one of BC Forged's most recognizable families — mesh-style faces in flat-lip (LE) or stepped-lip (MLE) construction. The HCK, HCX, HB, HCL series, and the newer MHE31 add more concave, split-spoke, and hidden-hardware options.

Every modular wheel is custom-built to order. You spec the diameter (typically 18"–24" depending on series), face and lip widths independently, offset, bolt pattern, center finish, lip finish, and hardware color (stainless, black, gold, or hidden on supported designs). Finish combinations are effectively unlimited — gloss brushed centers with polished lips, matte gunmetal with diamond-cut lips, two-tone brushed-and-clear, or fully custom colors on request. Lead time runs around five weeks from order to ship.
