The Sound:
Our main criteria for the 812 GTS, to produce a super light, Inconel 625, valvetronic, full exhaust system, that would be subtle and pleasant at cruising speeds, but to open up the sound to full scream on full throttle and valve open. Replacing the stock catalyst for high flow 100cpsi HJS sports catalysts, we were able to open the sound significantly. Replacing the stock H pipe for our perfect geometry, laminar flow X-Pipe, enriches the tone, as well as raising the pitch, and producing a fuller, more aggressive sound to the exhaust note. The valvetronic rear section allows the car to be near silent on cruising, while unleashing unrestricted Ferrari scream when the valves are open. The Ferrari F430, with its striking looks, and single plane crank V8, and 8500 rpm redline is a pure drivers machine . Here at kline we decided to build the ultimate exhaust system for the F430. The criteria? simply to create an exhaust that acheived the best possible performance, sound and weight savings available.
The Sound:
Starting at the drawing board, the first aspect to be upgraded, replacing the stock catalysts for high performance 100cpsi race catalysts, thus reducing the gas drag coefficient, and improving scavenge, and ultimately torque response and peak power figures. Replacing the heavy, cumbersome factory silencer, for our harmonically tuned ultra light weight Inconel 625 silencer, we were able to enrich both bass and treble frequencies, as well as significantly reducing weight. The final, and perhaps one of the most important design features, unique to Kline. Our trademark tight radius laminar flow x pipe. The resulting sound is exceptionally smooth under light driving conditions, and a howling raucous high pitched incendiary vocal when you need it. Under low revs (valve closure) the gases pass through an acoustically tuned silencer, with the cross sections tuned toward reaching optimum gas velocity for achieving maximum torque. under hard load and high revs, the valves open for optimum power, and that unhindered F1 scream. Tips come in either, double skinned mitre cut, or F1 grade pre preg carbon fiber. The Ferrari F8, successor to the formidable 488, with its 3.9l twin turbo v8 engine producing 710hp, the F8 has become the new benchmark in supercar evolution. The only drawback, is that the signature Ferrari v8 scream has been lost to the turbo spool. Our main design brief, to restore the Ferrari howl to the F8.
The Sound:
High flow catalysts, or decats, open the volume up significantly, while our signature 1D CLR tight radius x pipe raises the pitch to where a Ferrari should be. Crafted from premium F1 grade, Inconel 625 superalloy, not only vastly reducing weight, but also adds that special tonal quality to the F8 that can only be achieved by Kline Inconel range. The Kline exhaust system incorporates a valvetronic design. Utilising the stock valve control system, and incorporating two F8 specific, harmonically tuned micro silencers, the car can be driven stealthily without cabin resonance when cruising, and unleashing unrestricted Ferrari scream when the valves are open.

Ferrari 458 Speciale / Speciale A Fi Exhaust (Frequency Intelligent Exhaust) high-performance valvetronic exhaust system is direct replacement bolt on system manufactured out of a high-grade T304 stainless steel that offers an exhilarating soundtrack. The Fi EXHAUST system is designed with a valvetronic technology to control airflow, sound volume and enhance the overall performance and torque. On average horsepower is expected to increase from 5-10% after installing a full catless system, which includes a valvetronic catback and ultra-high flow downpipe. When valves are closed exhaust gasses are routed through the muffler resulting in a low-profile comfortable drive. However, when the valves are fully open an intense and sporty soundtrack is produced. Switching between street and race sound profiles can be done using factory exhaust/sport button or drive mode, or optional Fi EXHAUST remote control and mobile App. The unique sound and performance for Ferrari 458 Speciale / Speciale A is achieved through individually designed muffler internals that are fabricated to offer an ultimate driving experience. Please note each part of the Fi EXHAUST system needs to be ordered separately. Different exhaust parts are offered depending on the vehicle version. The Ferrari 360, successor to the Ferrari 355, with the flat plane crank v8 producing 395 hp, and a 8500 rpm redline, the Ferrari 360 is a pure drivers machine. Although the exhaust note from factory is adequate, there is room for signifcant improvement, as well as compelling weight reducton.
The Sound:
Removal of the heavily chambered rear silencer, and replacing it with our lightweight, Inconel 625 rear section reduces the weight down to a third of the stock exhaust. Addition of our trademark 1D CLR X pipe, raises the pitch of the exhaust to create that high pitched F1 scream. On valve closed the exhaust gases are diverted through our harmonically tuned silencer, to create a “near to stock” smooth driving experience with zero drone on the highway. On valve open the silencer is completely bypassed, with only the x pipe to create that high pitched incendiary F1 scream! Removal of the stock 600cpsi catalysts with either our HJS race catalysts or De-cat pipes opens the sound up further, creating an aggressive F1 sound. The criteria? simply to create an exhaust that acheived the best possible performance, sound and weight savings available.
The Sound:
Starting at the drawing board, the first aspect to be upgraded, replacing the stock catalysts for high performance 100cpsi race catalysts, thus reducing the gas drag coefficient, and improving scavenge, and ultimately torque response and peak power figures. Replacing the heavy, cumbersome factory silencer, for our harmonically tuned ultra light weight Inconel 625 silencer, we were able to enrich both bass and treble frequencies, as well as significantly reducing weight. The final, and perhaps one of the most important design features, unique to Kline. Our trademark tight radius laminar flow x pipe. The resulting sound is exceptionally smooth under light driving conditions, and a howling raucous high pitched incendiary vocal when you need it. Under low revs (valve closure) the gases pass through an acoustically tuned silencer, with the cross sections tuned toward reaching optimum gas velocity for achieving maximum torque. under hard load and high revs, the valves open for optimum power, and that unhindered F1 scream. ARMYTRIX VALVETRONIC: HOW IT WORKS- BRIEF OVERVIEW: As an ARMYTRIX fan, customer, or potential customer, you have likely heard of Valvetronic. It's one of the prominent selling features of ARMYTRIX exhaust systems and has shifted the entire exhaust industry towards adopting similar technology in all exhaust systems. The whole point of the Valvetronic system is to give you an option for how loud you want your car to be. If you leave early in the morning for work, you probably don't want your car to be excessively loud, as it will upset your neighbors. Once you're out on the open road or shredding a canyon road, you want to hear those awesome noises your car makes.
The Valvetronic system allows you to switch between being quiet and being loud with the push of a button via the included remote or through the smartphone application; this works by tapping into a vacuum source on your engine and connecting it to the control module. When you press the button on the remote or smartphone application, you are communicating with the OBDII module via Bluetooth. This OBDII module tells the exhaust valve module to allow the engine vacuum to open or close the exhaust valve. You can also set the exhaust valve module to an automatic mode which will open/close the exhaust valve based on predetermined RPM range or throttle position.
Aside from getting a brutal sound with the Valvetronic system open, you can also gain power, especially if your car is turbocharged. Depending on the car, modifications, and tune you have, the valve being open will also the exhaust gas to flow more freely, as it does not have to pass through any muffler. If your vehicle is turbocharged, you may see a slight increase in boost pressure depending if you are running an open or closed boost cycle, resulting in more horsepower.
