Active Autowerke G80 M3/G82 M4 AFlow EL Exhaust Bundle

The AFlow EL bundle is Active Autowerke's complete turbo-back exhaust for the BMW G80 M3 and G82 M4. It combines S58 AFlow catted downpipes, the Gen 2 Signature equal length mid pipe and the valved rear axle-back, priced below the three parts bought separately.

What It Does

The stock S58 downpipes are tight where the gas leaves the turbos. Opening them up helps the turbos spool sooner, and Active Autowerke says no performance tune is needed to run its catted downpipes. The equal length mid pipe then brings the pulses into step for a smoother high-rpm sound, and the valved rear raises the volume while keeping the factory valve modes.

Materials and Construction

The S58 AFlow downpipes are TIG-welded 304 stainless with a 1.5 mm wall, cast stainless V-band turbo flanges and 400-cell stainless cats rated for up to 800 hp. The mid pipe and rear section are 304 stainless as well. The rear section is Active Autowerke's G80/G82 valved axle-back, which raises the sound level over the stock exhaust and reuses the BMW valve actuators so the factory valve control still works. Pick from four tip finishes: brushed stainless, matte black, carbon fiber, or carbon fiber over black.

Do I need a tune?
Active Autowerke says no performance tune is needed for the catted downpipes.
