Active Autowerke F80 M3/F82 M4 Maad Maxx Rear Exhaust

The Maad Maxx is Active Autowerke's three-can valved rear exhaust section for the BMW F80 M3 and F82 M4. It replaces the factory rear muffler, keeps the valves working and is built to give the S55 a deeper, richer sound than any stock-style rear section.

What It Does

The factory F8X rear muffler has a reflection chamber at each end that sends gases to the opposite side, which quiets the car with the valves closed but chokes flow. The Maad Maxx replaces it with three cans and a valved layout, so the car stays manageable with the valves shut and opens up when they open. It works with the stock mid pipe or an Active Autowerke mid pipe.

Every Maad Maxx is test-fitted on Active Autowerke's in-house F8X exhaust fixture, and Active Autowerke guarantees a precise fit on every F80 M3 and F82 M4. All installation hardware is included.
