Built for the BMW M240i (F22/F23), the Akrapovič BMW M240i (F22/F23) Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) w/ Titanium Tips (S-BM/T/8H) is a Slip-On Line exhaust engineered by Akrapovič for these cars. On the Akrapovič dyno it added 8.7 hp and 11.9 lb-ft.

What It Does

This rear-section system takes the place of the stock silencers. Freer flow through the mufflers sharpens throttle response and gives the engine a clearer voice, while the lighter construction takes weight off the rear axle. Valves in the system keep it calm at a steady cruise and open it up for a much louder, deeper sound when you push on. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is offered for this car to add more control over the exhaust sound.

Materials and Construction

The titanium construction saves weight compared with the steel factory parts. Titanium also handles high exhaust temperatures and takes on its distinctive colouring with use. The carbon-fibre parts are finished by hand.

Akrapovič designs and builds its exhausts in Slovenia. The company is known for its titanium work, its carbon-fibre parts and the sound tuning it does for each car.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified.
