Overview

Part P-HF1100 is the Akrapovič BMW M3 (F80) Sound Kit, an exhaust valve control part made for the BMW M3 (F80).

What It Does

Valve control parts let a valved Akrapovič exhaust work with the car's electronics. They are matched to specific vehicles and systems, which are listed below.

Materials and Construction

The part is made by Akrapovič to the same standard as its complete exhaust systems.

Akrapovič designs and builds its exhausts in Slovenia. The company is known for its titanium work, its carbon-fibre parts and the sound tuning it does for each car.

Akrapovič was founded in Slovenia in 1990 by Igor Akrapovič and built its name in motorsport before moving into road-car exhausts. That racing background shows in the attention to weight, flow and build quality.

Akrapovič started in racing and still develops its road parts with the same tools: its own dyno, sound lab and titanium foundry. Each part is made to fit the factory mounting points of the car.

Every Akrapovič part is engineered for a specific car rather than adapted from a universal design. That is why the fitment list below is so specific.

Direct fit to the factory mounting points
