Overview
This is the genuine Akrapovič Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C7) Slip-On Line (Titanium) w/ Carbon Tips, part number MTP-CO/TI/2, a Slip-On Line exhaust that fits the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C7). On the Akrapovič dyno it added 8.5 hp and 8.7 lb-ft, tested on a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray/Grand Sport (C7).
What It Does
This rear-section system takes the place of the stock silencers. Freer flow through the mufflers sharpens throttle response and gives the engine a clearer voice, while the lighter construction takes weight off the rear axle. Valves in the system keep it calm at a steady cruise and open it up for a much louder, deeper sound when you push on. Akrapovič also offers optional link pipes for this car, intended for closed-course use.
Materials and Construction
Titanium is the material Akrapovič is best known for. It is much lighter than steel, handles heat well and resists corrosion, so the system keeps its strength and finish over many heat cycles.
Akrapovič started in racing and still develops its road parts with the same tools: its own dyno, sound lab and titanium foundry. Each part is made to fit the factory mounting points of the car.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.
Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.
Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.
Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.
Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
