Overview

Built for the Porsche Panamera / 4 / Sport Turismo (971), Porsche Panamera GTS / Sport Turismo (971), Porsche Panamera Turbo / Sport Turismo (971) and Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid (971), the Akrapovič Porsche Panamera Turbo Sound Kit (P-HF1149) is an exhaust valve control part engineered by Akrapovič for these cars.

Why Choose It

This part controls the exhaust valves on an Akrapovič system or adds a function to them. It lets the valves open and close as Akrapovič intended, so the car stays quiet at cruise and opens up under load.

Materials and Construction

The part is made by Akrapovič to the same standard as its complete exhaust systems.

Akrapovič was founded in Slovenia in 1990 by Igor Akrapovič and built its name in motorsport before moving into road-car exhausts. That racing background shows in the attention to weight, flow and build quality.

Akrapovič started in racing and still develops its road parts with the same tools: its own dyno, sound lab and titanium foundry. Each part is made to fit the factory mounting points of the car.
