Overview

Built for the Porsche 911 Carrera/S/4/4S/GTS (991.2), the Akrapovič Slip-On Line Titanium Porsche 911 Carrera 991.2 (S-PO/TI/5H) is a Slip-On Line exhaust engineered by Akrapovič for these cars. On the Akrapovič dyno it added 18.7 hp and 28.5 lb-ft, tested on a Porsche 911 Carrera / Cabriolet / Targa /S/4/4S/GTS (991.2).

What It Does

This rear-section system takes the place of the stock silencers. Freer flow through the mufflers sharpens throttle response and gives the engine a clearer voice, while the lighter construction takes weight off the rear axle. Akrapovič also offers optional link pipes for this car, intended for closed-course use. Akrapovič has versions and fitment notes for cars with and without a particulate filter, so check the engine and chassis in the table.

Materials and Construction

Akrapovič works titanium in-house, from forming the tubes to welding the sections. The material is light, strong and very resistant to heat and corrosion. Some of the parts are cast in Akrapovič's own titanium foundry.

Every Akrapovič part is engineered for a specific car rather than adapted from a universal design. That is why the fitment list below is so specific.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.
