Overview

The AMS 3.5L EcoBoost F-150 and Raptor Turbine Housing Adapter Kit (part number AMS.32.05.0002-1) replaces the factory adapters between the turbos and the downpipes. AMS calls them the largest, most free-flowing adapters on the market, and they are all-new castings, not reworked OEM parts.

Internal cross-sectional area grows by nearly 55% to 34.12 square cm. The minimum inside diameter is 64mm (+20.8%) and the maximum is 76.5mm (+44.3%), with smooth transitions that cut back pressure for more power and quicker turbo spool.

They are precision CNC machined 304 stainless steel, match the OEM gasket profile and install between the turbine housings and downpipes. They perform best with AMS 3.5L F-150 or Raptor downpipes. Hardware is not included, and Ford specifies new nuts, studs and gaskets during installation.

Do I need AMS downpipes?
They fit factory-style downpipes but perform best with AMS downpipes.

Does it fit the 2.7L?
No. It is for the 3.5L EcoBoost.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
