Overview

The AMS Performance Alpha R35 GT-R Billet Exhaust Manifold Flange Kit (part number ALP.07.14.0015-1) is the starting point for a custom VR38DETT exhaust manifold. AMS Snailworks engineers designed the flanges in house, and they are the same parts used on the biggest AMS race car builds.

Each flange is machined from billet 304 stainless steel and designed for 2" primaries. Every one of the six ports has a machined 1/8" NPT bung for an EGT sensor, so you can monitor each cylinder. The ports are shaped for a smooth transition into the primary tube.

AMS left extra material around the ports so a fabricator can custom match them to CNC-ported or hand-ported heads. That saves time and money compared with machining flanges from scratch, and the Alpha logo shows everyone what the foundation of your exhaust is.

FAQ

Is this a complete manifold?
No. It is the flange kit for building a custom manifold. Primaries, collectors and welding are not included.

Can the ports be matched to ported heads?
Yes. AMS left extra material for custom port matching.

Do I need EGT sensors?
The ports are there if you want them. Plug them if you do not use sensors.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
