AMS Alpha Cast Aluminum Plenum Intake Manifold | Nissan GT-R R35

The AMS Performance R35 GT-R Intake Manifold with Cast Aluminum Plenums brings the design of the championship-winning Alpha carbon manifold to cast aluminum plenums. Compared with the leading cast GT-R manifold, AMS says it makes more horsepower and torque across the whole power band without giving up response.

Each bank gets its own molded and tapered cast plenum that feeds CNC billet aluminum velocity stacks. The billet upper and lower runners are dowel-pin aligned so there are no steps to cause turbulence, dual MAP ports let you monitor each bank and the manifold is over 25% lighter than the leading cast manifold.

The design was cycle tested from 0-50 psi in high heat to simulate 20 years of use and burst tested past 150 psi. Choose the standard 6-injector setup or the secondary rail for 12 injectors. This listing is the clear anodized finish.

• Two OEM Nissan 16175-ET80A throttle body to manifold adapter gaskets
• AMS fuel rails (stock rails are not compatible)

FAQ

Can I use my stock fuel rails?
No. Stock rails are not compatible. AMS can only guarantee its own fuel rails with this manifold.

Can I use my stock throttle bodies?
Yes. Adapters for the stock throttle bodies are included. Alpha big bore throttle bodies are sold separately.

What about the PCV system?
AMS notes custom PCV routing is needed if you want to keep that function.
