Overview

The AMS Performance R35 GT-R Deep Transmission Pan and Pickup Relocation Kit (part number ALP.07.03.0016-1) protects the GR6 dual-clutch transmission in high-powered GT-Rs. Under hard launches the fluid sloshes to the back of the pan and the pickup can draw air, which drops line pressure and causes missed shifts and slipping clutches.

The kit moves the pickup to the back of the pan, right where the fluid goes under acceleration, so it always grabs as much fluid as possible. The deep billet pan also adds about 2 quarts (1.9 liters) of fluid capacity, which further fights starvation and adds thermal capacity.

It keeps the factory filter and installs as a simple bolt-on. AMS recommends it for any GT-R with a built transmission, especially cars that launch hard at the track or on the street.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified.
