AMS QuickClamp 2.5" Complete Assembly w/ Standard Ferrules

The AMS QuickClamp System is an upgrade over silicone hose and worm gear clamp connections for high-performance induction piping. It forms a secure, articulating joint that allows the piping to move with the engine without decoupling, even under heavy boost and vibration.

Each part is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and was lab and FEA tested to 120 psi. A captured 304 stainless push-pin closes the clamp and releases it without tools for fast service, and there is a provision for safety wire or a cotter pin to prevent accidental release. AMS designed the system in SolidWorks and validated it on track.

This listing is the complete 2.5" assembly with standard ferrules, sold as one assembly. Standard ferrules are made for aluminum tubing such as intake and charge pipes; AMS also offers panel ferrules for sheet metal like intercooler end tanks and flat ferrules for turbo compressors.
