AMS Red Alpha Race Heat Exchanger | Infiniti Q50 / Q60 3.0t

The AMS Performance Q50 / Q60 Red Alpha Race Heat Exchanger (part number ALP.28.02.0004-1) is the largest stock-location heat exchanger for the VR30. AMS made the first properly sized direct-replacement VR30 heat exchanger in 2017, and the Race version pushes much further for high-power builds.

The core is 32mm thick, nearly three times the 11mm factory unit, with 827% more core size than OEM and 548% more fluid capacity for thermal stability. It uses a motorsport tube-and-fin core made in the UK and CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet end tanks, and AMS used CFD analysis to optimize heat dissipation and coolant flow.

It mounts in the OEM bolt holes with a new steel support bracket, which is included. Minor plastic trimming is needed. It works on stock or modified cars to cut intake temperatures.
