Overview

The AMS Performance V10 Intake Manifold Sealing Ring Kit (part number ALP.37.08.0002-1) solves a boost leak AMS found when developing its twin-turbo V10 program. Once the 5.2L FSI V10 sees positive manifold pressure, air leaks at the intake manifold flange.

AMS machined an anodized aluminum ring that fits around each intake runner gasket to add sealing pressure, with Viton O-rings. Competitors often rely on silicone to glue the manifold pieces together; the AMS rings locate and secure the plenums to the lower runners instead.

The rings install easily with no extra hardware and work with the stock manifold or the AMS Alpha V10 intake manifold.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified.
