Overview

The APEX Wheels ARC-8 from the Classic Line represents a precision-engineered flow formed wheel designed specifically for BMW applications with 5x120 bolt pattern. This 17x9 ET52 wheel addresses the need for lightweight performance while maintaining structural integrity through APEX's flow formed construction process, which stretches and compresses the aluminum to optimize strength-to-weight ratios.

The ARC-8 achieves a weight of just 17.6 lbs in the 17x9 configuration, delivering significant unsprung weight reduction compared to factory BMW wheels. This weight savings translates directly to improved acceleration, braking performance, and suspension response.

The wheel utilizes flow formed construction, a manufacturing process that combines the benefits of cast and forged methods. The flow forming process involves spinning the cast wheel blank while applying pressure to stretch and compress the aluminum barrel, creating a denser grain structure that increases strength while reducing weight compared to traditional cast wheels.

The ARC-8 features Profile 1 face design, providing the classic spoke geometry that defines this wheel. The 60-degree conical hardware seat ensures proper lug nut engagement and secure mounting. The 72.56mm center bore provides hub-centric fitment for BMW applications, eliminating vibration and ensuring proper load distribution. Available in multiple finishes including Anthracite, Race Silver, and Satin Black, allowing customization to match specific build requirements.

This wheel is engineered for BMW enthusiasts seeking lightweight performance without compromising durability or fitment precision.
