AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust for 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L / 2.7L, Dual Chrome Silver Tips

The sixth-generation Ford Bronco is built to leave the pavement, and the AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust is built to go with it. This version ends in dual 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver, one exiting on each side below the rear bumper, which gives the Bronco's asymmetrical rear end a balanced, finished look and leaves room for most aftermarket bumpers.

The 0FG layout is a 3-inch, straight-through design with a bespoke AWE resonator in the mid pipe, so the 2.3-liter and 2.7-liter EcoBoost engines get a confident, aggressive voice without harsh drone. AWE measured gains of 4 hp and 3 lb-ft at the wheels on the 2.7L and 3 hp and 3 lb-ft on the 2.3L.

Every box also includes the AWE BashGuard. When the trail gets serious, remove the rear section and bolt in the high-tuck BashGuard outlet, which has a reinforced .125-inch stainless ring made to take hits. An included adapter bridges the longer wheelbase of 4-door trucks, and locking hanger collars keep the system from shifting off-road.

AWE handcrafts the 0FG in-house in the USA from U.S.-sourced, CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. It bolts on with no cutting and no tune, and comes with AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does it fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. The Bronco Raptor uses a different 3.0L exhaust; AWE makes a separate system for it.

Do 2-door and 4-door Broncos use the same system?
Yes. 4-door trucks use the included adapter section; 2-door trucks leave it out.

What is the BashGuard for?
It replaces the rear section with a high-tuck outlet for more clearance on the trail, and it is included in the box.

Will it clear an aftermarket bumper?
AWE designed the dual exit with aftermarket bumpers in mind, but please call to confirm for your specific bumper.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

• Not for the Bronco Raptor (3.0L) or the Bronco Sport.
• 2025 and newer Broncos: please call to confirm fitment before ordering.
• Bolts to the factory exhaust connection and hangers with the supplied clamps and locking hanger collars, per AWE. The 2.3L install uses a dedicated bracket so the bumper stays on.
