AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust for 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L / 2.7L, Dual Diamond Black Tips

For a Bronco with black wheels, black trim or a blacked-out bumper, the AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust with dual Diamond Black tips is the version that disappears into the build while still sounding the part. Two 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips exit on either side below the rear bumper, squaring up the Bronco's offset rear end, and the split exit was designed with aftermarket bumpers in mind.

Underneath is AWE's 3-inch straight-through 0FG layout. A bespoke mid-pipe resonator sets the tone: enough aggression to hear the EcoBoost working, without the droning that ruins a long highway stint to the trailhead. AWE recorded 4 hp and 3 lb-ft at the wheels on the 2.7L twin-turbo V6 and 3 hp and 3 lb-ft on the 2.3L.

The 0FG is modular. Every configuration ships with the AWE BashGuard, a high-tuck outlet with a .125-inch reinforced stainless ring that replaces the rear section when you need more clearance over rocks. 4-door owners get an adapter section for the longer chassis, and locking collars on the hangers keep everything where it belongs.

The system is handcrafted by AWE in the USA from U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless, mandrel-bent on CNC equipment. Installation is bolt-on with no cutting and no tune, backed by AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does it fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. The Bronco Raptor uses a different 3.0L exhaust; AWE makes a separate system for it.

Do 2-door and 4-door Broncos use the same system?
Yes. 4-door trucks use the included adapter section; 2-door trucks leave it out.

What is the BashGuard for?
It replaces the rear section with a high-tuck outlet for more clearance on the trail, and it is included in the box.

Are the black tips painted?
AWE lists the finish as Diamond Black on double-walled stainless tips.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

• Bolts to the factory exhaust connection and hangers with the supplied clamps and locking hanger collars, per AWE. The 2.3L install uses a dedicated bracket so the bumper stays on.
