AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust for 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L / 2.7L, No Tips

The AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust without tips is the trail-first version of AWE's Bronco system. Instead of a polished tip hanging below the bumper, it finishes in the AWE BashGuard, a high-tucked turndown outlet with a .125-inch thick reinforced stainless ring that is built to scrape over rocks and ledges rather than catch on them.

Everything ahead of the outlet is the same 3-inch straight-through 0FG route used across AWE's Bronco line, including the bespoke mid-pipe resonator. The 2.3-liter and 2.7-liter EcoBoost engines pick up a fuller sound without drone, and AWE measured 4 hp and 3 lb-ft at the wheels on the 2.7L and 3 hp and 3 lb-ft on the 2.3L.

It is also the most affordable entry into the modular 0FG platform. Single or dual AWE tip configurations are sold separately if you later want a street-focused exit. 4-door owners use the included adapter section, and locking hanger collars keep the system from rattling or shifting off-road.

AWE handcrafts the 0FG in the USA from U.S.-sourced, CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. It is a bolt-on install with no cutting and no tune, backed by AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does it fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. The Bronco Raptor uses a different 3.0L exhaust; AWE makes a separate system for it.

Do 2-door and 4-door Broncos use the same system?
Yes. 4-door trucks use the included adapter section; 2-door trucks leave it out.

What is the BashGuard for?
It replaces the rear section with a high-tuck outlet for more clearance on the trail, and it is included in the box.

Can I add tips later?
The single and dual tip 0FG configurations are separate AWE part numbers; call us and we can help you choose.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

• Not for the Bronco Raptor (3.0L) or the Bronco Sport.
• 2025 and newer Broncos: please call to confirm fitment before ordering.
• Bolts to the factory exhaust connection and hangers with the supplied clamps and locking hanger collars, per AWE. The 2.3L install uses a dedicated bracket so the bumper stays on.
