AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust for 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L / 2.7L, Single Chrome Silver Tip

Some Bronco owners prefer a single, clean exit that stays tucked on one side. The AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust in this configuration finishes in one 5-inch double-walled, straight-cut tip in Chrome Silver, giving the 2.3-liter or 2.7-liter EcoBoost a deeper voice with a simple, factory-style look.

The heart of the system is AWE's 3-inch straight-through 0FG route with a bespoke resonator in the mid pipe, tuned to keep the sound aggressive under throttle and calm on the highway. On AWE's dyno the 2.7L picked up 4 hp and 3 lb-ft at the wheels, and the 2.3L gained 3 hp and 3 lb-ft.

Because the 0FG is modular, it can change with the way you use the truck. The AWE BashGuard is in the box: swap the rear section for this high-tuck outlet, with its .125-inch reinforced stainless ring, when you head for the rocks, then put the tip back on for the street. An adapter section covers 4-door models, and locking hanger collars prevent the exhaust from moving around on rough terrain.

AWE builds the 0FG in-house in the USA from U.S.-sourced, CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. It is a bolt-on install with no cutting and no tune, covered by AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does it fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. The Bronco Raptor uses a different 3.0L exhaust; AWE makes a separate system for it.

Do 2-door and 4-door Broncos use the same system?
Yes. 4-door trucks use the included adapter section; 2-door trucks leave it out.

What is the BashGuard for?
It replaces the rear section with a high-tuck outlet for more clearance on the trail, and it is included in the box.

Can I switch to dual tips later?
AWE sells the dual-exit 0FG as a separate configuration; please call us to discuss changing layouts.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

• Bolts to the factory exhaust connection and hangers with the supplied clamps and locking hanger collars, per AWE. The 2.3L install uses a dedicated bracket so the bumper stays on.
