AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust for 2021-2024 Ford Bronco 2.3L / 2.7L, Single Diamond Black Tip

The AWE 0FG Cat-Back Exhaust with a single Diamond Black tip suits a Bronco built in a darker, purpose-driven style. One 5-inch double-walled, straight-cut tip exits at the rear, and its black finish blends with the factory bumpers, steel bumpers and black-wheel builds that are common on the sixth-gen truck.

AWE designed the 0FG as a 3-inch straight-through system with a bespoke mid-pipe resonator. The result is a stronger, more mechanical EcoBoost sound that stays civil at cruising speed. AWE's own testing showed 4 hp and 3 lb-ft at the wheels on the 2.7L V6 and 3 hp and 3 lb-ft on the 2.3L four-cylinder.

Off-road owners will appreciate that the AWE BashGuard is part of the package. The rear section unbolts and the high-tuck BashGuard outlet takes its place, with a .125-inch reinforced stainless ring around the opening for when the trail fights back. A length adapter is included for 4-door models, and locking hanger collars keep the system steady over washboard and rock.

Each 0FG is handcrafted by AWE in the USA from U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless, CNC mandrel-bent for smooth flow. It installs as a pure bolt-on with no cutting and no tune, and carries AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does it fit the Bronco Raptor?
No. The Bronco Raptor uses a different 3.0L exhaust; AWE makes a separate system for it.

Do 2-door and 4-door Broncos use the same system?
Yes. 4-door trucks use the included adapter section; 2-door trucks leave it out.

What is the BashGuard for?
It replaces the rear section with a high-tuck outlet for more clearance on the trail, and it is included in the box.

Is the black version louder?
No. Tip finish does not change the sound; all 0FG configurations share the same resonated 3-inch route.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
