AWE 0FG Exhaust for 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2, Diamond Black Tips

The second-generation Ford F-150 Raptor's 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost makes big power, but the factory exhaust buries most of the sound. The AWE 0FG Exhaust for the 2017-2020 Raptor is the complete version of AWE's modular FG Exhaust Suite, built to give the truck a deep, purposeful voice that comes alive under boost and stays civil in the cabin at cruising speeds.

0FG combines AWE's 2FG and 1FG sections in one system. Resonated front sections replace the factory front resonator, a precision-engineered 3-inch H-pipe and 3-inch over-axle tubes replace the heavy factory mid muffler, and dual 3-inch tailpipes finish the true-dual, rear-exit layout. AWE quotes a total weight savings of 41 lb over stock, much of it from losing the factory muffler.

The system finishes in dual 5-inch double-walled AWE tips in Diamond Black, a dark finish that suits the Raptor's black bumpers and off-road trim.

AWE handcrafts every section in-house in the USA from 3-inch U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel in a clean, straight-through design. It fits both SuperCab and SuperCrew trucks, with SuperCrew adapters included, and it bolts on with no cutting or tune. Can I start with 2FG and add the rest later?
Yes. The FG suite is modular, but 0FG is the complete system in one purchase.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
