AWE 0FG Exhaust for 2024-2026 Lexus GX 550, BashGuard Only

The Lexus GX 550 is the most trail-ready Lexus in years, and its 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 has more character than the factory exhaust lets on. The AWE 0FG Catback Exhaust gives the GX 550 a clear, purposeful voice and moves the outlet up out of harm's way with AWE's high-clearance BashGuard™, so you can hear the engine and stop worrying about the tailpipe on ledges and rock gardens.

The system is handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent 3-inch and 2.5-inch U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. Equal-length front pipes give it a signature note, and AWE's dual-phase 180 Technology® cancels two separate frequencies that cause cabin drone on the GX 550, keeping long highway stretches comfortable. The BashGuard™ ends after the rear axle, which keeps it street legal, and its extra-thick reinforced stainless ring is built for bashing. AWE lists it as 50-state emissions compliant.

AWE routed the front pipes above the frame rails to preserve clearance for skid plate systems, and tested the system with a spare-mounted Hellivue auxiliary fuel tank. Factory-matched flanges make it a direct bolt-on with no cutting, and it carries the AWE No CEL Guarantee, Perfect Fitment Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty.
