Overview

The 6.2-liter V8 is the top engine in the fourth-generation Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500, and the AWE 0FG Exhaust gives it the rugged, rowdy voice a big V8 truck should have. It is a dual 3-inch cat-back with a tailored H-pipe for a deep, refined muscle tone that still feels comfortable over long days behind the wheel.

The 0FG features AWE's patented drone-cancelling solution, 180 Technology, and a plug-and-play valve simulator is included for CEL-free operation on 2024-and-newer models. The quad-tip configuration uses ball-and-socket joints at the tip outlets to line up perfectly with the factory bumper cutouts, and each kit comes complete with adapters for 156.95-inch wheelbase trucks.

AWE handcrafts the system from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel in a clean straight-through design and finishes it with quad 4-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. It is engineered for life and ready for any scenario, manufactured in-house by AWE in the USA, and backed by AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No CEL guarantee and lifetime warranty.

Does my truck need bumper cutouts?
Yes. This quad-tip version is for trucks with the factory rear bumper cutouts.

Does it fit the 5.3L?
No. This listing is for 6.2L trucks; AWE builds a separate 0FG system for the 5.3L.

Will it drone on the highway?
AWE’s 180 Technology cancels the frequencies that cause drone at cruise.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Fitment Notes

  • Fits U.S.-market 2019-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 (4th gen) with the 6.2L V8 and factory rear bumper cutouts, plus the 2022 Sierra 1500 Limited 6.2L.
  • ZR2, AT4X and trucks without bumper cutouts: please call to confirm fitment before ordering.
  • Not for 2500HD or 3500HD trucks.
  • Bolts up with the included adapters and no cutting, per AWE. No tune required.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
