The Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 and GMC Sierra AT4X are built to go places most pickups never see, and the 6.2-liter V8 under the hood deserves an exhaust that sounds as serious as the trucks look. The AWE 0FG Exhaust is a dual 3-inch cat-back designed specifically around the ZR2 and AT4X chassis, giving the big V8 a deep, refined muscle tone on the street and the trail.

A bespoke H-pipe tailored to the 6.2L sits just after the factory emissions equipment and delivers a rich V8 note with minimal rasp. From there, the exhaust flows through AWE's patented 180 Technology resonators, which cancel the drone-prone frequencies that make long highway drives tiring, so the cabin stays comfortable at a steady cruise. AWE includes a plug-and-play valve simulator for CEL-free operation on 2024 and newer trucks.

Choose quad 4-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, which exit under the rear bumper and use ball-and-socket joints so you can line them up perfectly. For serious off-road use, the Dual BashGuard version replaces the tips with AWE's BashGuard outlets, tucked high for clearance and reinforced with a thick stainless ring to shrug off rocks and ledges. Every 0FG is handcrafted in the USA from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and backed by AWE's Perfect Fitment guarantee, No CEL guarantee and lifetime warranty. Quad-tip owners can add the BashGuard later with AWE's conversion kit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the quad-tip version include the BashGuard?
No. AWE’s quad-tip ZR2/AT4X systems do not include the BashGuard; the Dual BashGuard version does. A Tips-to-BashGuard conversion kit is sold separately.

Will it fit an AEV Bison or AEV Edition truck?
No. AWE states these systems do not fit AEV Bison or AEV Edition trucks because of their more aggressive factory skid plates.

Does it fit the 5.3L or standard Silverado/Sierra?
No. This version is for the ZR2 and AT4X 6.2L only; AWE builds separate 0FG systems for other 1500 trucks.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

  • Fits U.S.-market 2022-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2 and 2022-2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X with the 6.2L V8. 2026 Sierra AT4X: please call to confirm fitment before ordering.
  • Does NOT fit AEV Bison or AEV Edition trucks (factory skid plates).
  • Not for the 3.0L Duramax diesel, the 5.3L, or non-ZR2/AT4X trims.
  • Bolts to the factory hangers right after the emissions equipment; professional installation is recommended. No tune required.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
