Overview

The turbocharged Subaru Outback is built for gravel roads and trailheads, and the AWE 0FG Exhaust is built to go with it. This 2.5-inch cat-back gives the 2.4T an OEM++ soundtrack: loud when you want it and quiet when you need it, thanks to a resonated mid pipe and AWE's patented drone-canceling 180 Technology® in the rear.

Instead of tips, the system ends in dual high-clearance BashGuards™, which sit higher than the stock exhaust and use thick reinforced stainless rings on the outlets to resist collapsing if you catch one on an obstacle. AWE Lock Collars prevent exhaust movement over rough terrain. The system saves 5.5 lbs compared to the stock exhaust, and AWE measured max gains of 5 hp and 3 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.

AWE handcrafts the 0FG from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and engineers, designs and manufactures it in-house in the USA. It is a direct bolt-on and carries AWE's Perfect Fitment Guarantee, No Check Engine Light Guarantee and lifetime warranty.

No. It is for the 2.4L turbo XT and Wilderness models.

Is it loud?
It is louder than stock under throttle, and the resonated mid pipe and 180 Technology keep it quiet at cruise.

Do I need a tune?
No. It is a bolt-on cat-back.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
