AWE 0FG Exhaust for 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma 4th Gen, BashGuard Only

The fourth-generation Toyota Tacoma is a capable trail truck, but its factory exhaust is quiet and its tailpipe exits right where rocks love to hit. The AWE 0FG Exhaust in the BashGuard™ configuration solves both: a complete 3-inch cat-back that ends just after the rear axle in a reinforced, high-clearance outlet built to take hits, with a clean, strong tone that never drones on the highway.

AWE handcrafts the system from CNC mandrel-bent 3-inch U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. A bespoke resonated mid pipe uses AWE's patented 180 Technology® to cancel cabin drone for long-haul comfort, while the clean, straight-through design keeps performance up. The BashGuard™ outlet carries an extra-thick reinforced stainless ring, and because the system ends after the rear axle it stays street legal. AWE lists this cat-back as 50-state emissions compliant.

The 0FG system fits both hybrid and non-hybrid Tacomas, uses a factory-matched inlet flange, and includes wheelbase extensions so it suits each cab and bed length. It is a direct bolt-on with no cutting, and it carries the AWE No CEL Guarantee, Perfect Fitment Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty. AWE also offers this system with dual 4.5-inch tips.

No. It is the complete AWE 0FG cat-back exhaust, finished with the BashGuard™ outlet instead of polished tips.

Does it fit my cab and bed?
Wheelbase extensions are included so it covers the coil-spring 4th Gen Tacoma configurations. It is not designed for leaf-spring models.

Will it fit the Limited i-Force Max?
No. Its full-time 4WD with electronic locking center differential prevents fitment, per AWE.
