AWE 1FG Resonated Performance H-Pipe for 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 2

On the 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor, the factory front suitcase resonator and the heavy mid muffler both work to quiet the twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost. The AWE 1FG Resonated Performance H-Pipe replaces both of them, turning the Gen 2 Raptor into a true dual exhaust while keeping the factory tailpipes in place.

Two resonated front sections take the place of the single factory suitcase resonator, and they feed a precision-engineered 3-inch H-pipe with 3-inch over-axle tubes where the factory muffler used to be. The H-pipe balances the two banks for a deep, aggressive tone that lets the turbos be heard, while the resonated front sections keep the sound refined at highway speeds. Compared with AWE's 2FG muffler delete, 1FG adds those resonated front pipes for a fuller, true-dual layout.

1FG is the middle step of AWE's modular FG Exhaust Suite. You can run it with the factory tailpipes, or add AWE's tailpipe conversion later to complete the full 0FG system with 5-inch tips.

Every section is handcrafted in-house in the USA from 3-inch U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel in a clean, straight-through design. It fits SuperCab and SuperCrew trucks, bolts on with no cutting and needs no tune. AWE backs it with its Perfect Fitment guarantee, No Check Engine Light guarantee and lifetime warranty.

How is 1FG different from 2FG?
2FG only deletes the mid muffler. 1FG also replaces the factory front resonator with two resonated front sections for a true-dual layout.

Does it fit the 2021+ Raptor?
No. It is for the 2017-2020 Gen 2 Raptor only.

Does it include tips?
No. It reconnects to the factory tailpipes; the full 0FG system adds AWE tailpipes and 5-inch tips.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
