Owners who started with AWE's 2FG muffler delete on a 2017-2020 Ford F-150 Raptor often want the next step without buying a whole new system. The AWE 2FG to 1FG Resonated Front Pipe Conversion Kit is that step: it replaces the factory front suitcase resonator with two AWE resonated front sections, turning an existing 2FG setup into AWE's true-dual 1FG configuration.

With the factory resonator gone, the twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost gets a fuller, more aggressive voice through the AWE H-pipe, while the resonated front sections are tuned to keep drone in check at cruising speeds. Because AWE's FG Exhaust Suite is modular, you can later add the AWE tailpipe conversion to complete the full 0FG system with 5-inch tips.

This kit requires the AWE 2FG H-pipe (part number 3020-11022) already installed; it is not a standalone exhaust for a stock truck. The two front sections and clamps are handcrafted in-house in the USA from 3-inch U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel, bolt on with no cutting, and need no tune. Will it work on a stock exhaust?
No. It is designed to pair with the AWE 2FG H-pipe already installed on the truck.

Does it fit the 2021+ Raptor?
No. It is for the 2017-2020 Gen 2 Raptor only.

Can I go to 0FG later?
Yes. Add the AWE tailpipe conversion to complete the 0FG system.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
