Overview

The AWE AirGate Carbon Intake for the B9 Audi SQ5 brings the same carbon airbox design AWE developed for the S4 and S5 to Audi's 3.0T performance SUV. The genuine 2x2 carbon fiber airbox comes with a removable lid: keep it on for a stealthy sound, or pull it off and hear the turbo spool every time you get into the boost.

AWE designed, engineered and tested the AirGate in-house and, as tested on its B9 S4 with a piggyback tuner, measured max gains of 17 hp and 13 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. For the SQ5, AWE adds a reinforced coupler that prevents collapsing and a bespoke CNC laser-cut stainless support bracket, and the intake keeps the stock mounting locations and integrates with the OEM inlet ducting.

The kit uses the durable, washable high-flow AWE S-FLO filter, and the carbon is finished in UV-stabilized resin and clear coat. AWE backs it with its Perfect Fitment guarantee and No Check Engine Light guarantee. It is built for US-spec SQ5s and does not apply to Euro-spec models.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
