Overview

The AWE Resonated Mid Pipe is the simplest way to wake up the 3.6L Pentastar V6 in a JK/JKU Wrangler. It replaces the factory mid section between the catalytic converter and the muffler with a 3-inch, straight-through stainless pipe and an inline resonator, so the engine sounds fuller and more purposeful while the resonator keeps the tone sophisticated instead of raspy.

AWE designs, engineers and manufactures its Jeep exhausts in-house in the USA, handcrafting them from U.S.-made CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel. The mid pipe is a direct bolt-on with no cutting required, and it works with the factory muffler or as part of a full AWE system. Paired with an AWE Tread Edition axle-back, it completes AWE's dyno-verified exhaust suite, which AWE says makes up to 5 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit my 2010 JK?
No. 2007-2011 JKs use the 3.8L V6. This mid pipe is for the 2012-2018 3.6L.

Does it work with the factory muffler?
Yes. It replaces only the mid section, and also pairs with the AWE Tread Edition axle-back.

Do I need a tune?
No. It is a bolt-on part.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
