Overview

The second-generation AWE S-FLO Carbon Intake for the C7 Audi RS7 was completely redesigned to support higher power. It replaces the factory intake on the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with a full carbon fiber airbox and smooth carbon transitions from the airbox inlet to the turbo inlets, and it carries California Air Resources Board Executive Order D-832.

AWE proved the power on Stage 1 and Stage 2 cars, with and without downpipes. On stock software AWE measured max gains of 15 hp and 27 lb-ft of torque at the crank, and with Stage 2 software and downpipes the gains climb to 32 hp and 50 lb-ft at 3,150 rpm. That makes it a strong base for a stock car and a better fit for a tuned one.

The intake integrates with the OEM inlet ducting and keeps the stock mounting locations, and the durable, washable high-flow S-FLO filter is included. The carbon is finished in UV-stabilized resin and clear coat. AWE backs it with its No Check Engine Light guarantee and Perfect Fitment guarantee.

Is it street legal in California?
AWE lists CARB Executive Order D-832 for the US RS7. Keep the EO label with the car.

Does it fit the C7 RS6 Avant?
The C7 RS6 was not sold in the US, and the CARB EO does not apply to it. This page lists the US RS7.

Does it work with a tune?
Yes. AWE tested it on stock, Stage 1 and Stage 2 cars.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
