AWE SwitchPath Exhaust for 2021-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor Gen 3 3.5L

The Gen 3 Ford Raptor is built to go anywhere, and the AWE SwitchPath Exhaust gives its 3.5-liter EcoBoost a sound with the same attitude. It is a dual 3-inch cat-back with bespoke tailpipes for the 3.5L, tuned to sound tough without the rasp that can plague turbo V6s.

The key is the plug-and-play OE tier-1 valve, which keeps 100 percent of factory operation through the exhaust button, throttle input and all four drive modes. AWE's bespoke SwitchPath muffler gives two soundtracks: close the valve for comfort on the highway and open it whenever you want more. A tailored AWE X-pipe smooths out the EcoBoost tone. AWE dyno testing showed maximum gains of 2 hp and 5 lb-ft at the wheels.

AWE handcrafts the system from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and finishes it with 5-inch double-walled tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. An exhaust-mounted valve motor simulator bracket keeps the ECU happy, and locking collars stop the hangers from shifting off-road. Does it fit the Raptor R?
No. The Raptor R 5.2L uses a different AWE system, listed separately.

No. This system is for the Gen 3 Raptor 3.5L only.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
