AWE SwitchPath Non-Resonated Exhaust for 2018-2025 Audi S5 Sportback B9

The AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust for the B9 Audi S5 Sportback puts the volume and tone of the 3.0T V6 in the driver's hands. Two valved muffler sections let the car run quiet when you need to slip out early and open up when you want to be heard, and the valves can follow the factory valve programming or be switched with AWE's optional SwitchPath™ Remote.

This is AWE's non-resonated SwitchPath™ system, and it is complete from the post-catalyst downpipes back: non-resonated downpipes, a precision-engineered X-pipe, a mid merge engineered specifically for the acoustics of the S5 Sportback, and the two valved rear sections. It is handcrafted from dual 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch-wall T304L stainless steel in a clean, straight-through layout.

The system finishes in quad 4-inch (102 mm) double-walled tips with the AWE logo, in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. It works with both the standard and sport rear differentials, is 50-state emissions legal, and is engineered, designed and manufactured in-house by AWE in the USA.

How do I control the valves?
Out of the box the valves follow the factory valve programming. For on-demand control, add the AWE SwitchPath™ Remote (1325-11028), sold separately.

Does it include downpipes?
Yes. This SwitchPath™ system includes AWE's non-resonated post-catalyst downpipes, so it replaces everything behind the catalytic converters.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Do I need a tune?
No. AWE does not require a tune and guarantees no check engine light when installed properly.
