The naturally aspirated 4.2L V8 in the B8 Audi S5 coupe is one of the best-sounding engines Audi ever fitted to a road car, and the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust lets it sing without turning the S5 into a chore on the highway. It adds a rich, high-revving V8 character from idle to redline while staying refined during everyday driving.

Touring Edition systems use AWE's proprietary drone-cancelling solution, 180 Technology, to remove the frequencies that cause cabin drone at cruise. AWE quotes gains of 18 hp and 12 lb-ft at the crank, and the cat-back retains the factory catalytic converters. Owners who want more can pair it with AWE's optional non-resonated or resonated downpipes, sold separately.

The cat-back is handcrafted from T304 stainless steel tubing and finished with quad 3.5-inch tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, positioned to suit the factory rear valance. It is designed and manufactured in-house in the USA, installs as a direct bolt-on and carries AWE's Perfect Fitment and No Check Engine Light guarantees together with a lifetime exhaust warranty. Does it fit the 3.0T S5?
No. This system is for the 4.2L V8 S5 coupe only; AWE builds separate systems for the 3.0T S5.

Are downpipes included?
No. AWE offers non-resonated and resonated S5 4.2L downpipes separately; call us to add them.

Will it drone on the highway?
AWE’s 180 Technology cancels the frequencies that cause drone at cruise.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
