Overview

The first-generation Audi Q5 2.0T is a practical, quick SUV, but its factory exhaust gives it little character. The AWE Touring Edition Exhaust takes the Q5 to the next level with a sophisticated tone and a distinctive sound that suits a premium SUV. It uses AWE 180 Technology®, AWE's drone-canceling design, so you hear the turbo four when you want to and enjoy a calm cabin on the highway.

AWE measured gains of 13 hp and 13 lb-ft of torque at the crank. The system is built from T304 stainless steel and finished with 90 mm polished silver tips that fill out the rear of the 8R Q5. It installs in place of the factory system, and AWE also sells a resonated downpipe for the Q5 2.0T as a separate part.

AWE backs the Touring Edition with its Lifetime Exhaust Warranty and Perfect Fitment Guarantee, so it is a confident upgrade for the long term. Tip finishes carry a one-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Touring and Track Edition?
Touring Edition uses AWE 180 Technology® to cancel cabin drone at cruise. Track Edition drops the resonators for more volume and is sold as a separate listing.

Does it fit the Q5 3.2 or 3.0T?
No. Those engines use other AWE systems.

Does it fit the 2018+ Q5?
No. This system is for the first-generation 8R Q5.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
