AWE Touring Edition Exhaust for BMW F30 328i, F32 428i N20/N26, Quad Chrome Silver Tips

The N20 and N26 2.0L turbo four in the F30 328i and F32 428i is a responsive, efficient engine, but the factory exhaust gives it a flat, muted voice that does not match how the car drives. The AWE Touring Edition Exhaust replaces the factory rear section with a quad-outlet axle-back that adds a refined, sporty tone under throttle and stays civilized when you are cruising.

The secret is AWE's patented 180 Technology®, built into the Touring Edition mufflers to cancel cabin drone while exhaust flows straight through. The system begins after the factory mid pipe in 3-inch tubing and finishes in four 80mm double-walled Chrome Silver tips with the AWE logo, giving the rear of the car a quad-outlet look that the four-cylinder never had from the factory.

180 Technology® is AWE's patented drone-canceling design. Instead of packing a muffler with baffles, it cancels the frequencies that cause cabin boom while exhaust still flows straight through, so you keep a full tone under throttle and a calmer cabin at highway speed.

Every system is hand-crafted in-house by AWE from .065-inch wall T304 stainless steel with CNC mandrel bends, TIG welds and stainless band clamps. Installation uses basic hand tools with no welding, though the rear bumper must be trimmed for the passenger-side tips; AWE offers marking templates for M Sport and non-M Sport bumpers. Do I have to cut the bumper?
Yes. The passenger-side tips require trimming the rear bumper. AWE offers marking templates for M Sport and non-M Sport bumpers.

Will it drone on the highway?
The Touring Edition uses AWE 180 Technology® to cancel the frequencies that cause cabin drone.

Does it fit the 328i GT or 320i?
It is not listed for the 3 Series Gran Turismo or the 320i. Call us before ordering for those models.
