AWE Touring Edition Exhaust for 2020-2025 Ford Explorer ST 3.0T

The sixth-generation Ford Explorer ST pairs a 3.0-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 with a rear-drive-biased chassis, and the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust finally gives it a voice to match. A precision X-pipe brings out a clean, exotic V6 note while keeping turbo rasp in check, so the family hauler sounds special without becoming tiresome on the commute.

The dual 3-inch cat-back uses AWE's patented drone-cancelling 180 Technology, which keeps the cabin calm at cruising speeds while leaving the aggression on tap. The 180 Technology resonators include drain holes to stop condensation building up, the straight-through resonators use packing that will not break down over time, and internally-lined stainless flex sections handle engine movement. AWE reports dyno-proven gains of 13 hp and 12 lb-ft at the wheels.

Slip-fit inlet adapters mate to the factory downpipes while leaving an open 3-inch connection for upstream upgrades later. The system is handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and finishes with quad 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black.
