Overview

The S650 Mustang GT carries the fourth-generation Coyote 5.0L V8, and the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust gives it a deeper, richer muscle-car voice. AWE puts it simply: deeper than them. It is the refined choice in AWE's S650 lineup, loud enough to enjoy and calm enough for long drives.

Touring Edition systems use AWE's proprietary drone-cancelling solution, 180 Technology, while a precision-engineered H-pipe delivers a rasp-free muscle tone. Slip-fit inlet adapters give perfect factory header fitment and leave an open 3-inch connection for drivers who plan upstream upgrades. AWE quotes maximum gains of 12 hp and 10 lb-ft at the wheels, and the Touring system weighs 52 lb versus 58 lb stock.

AWE handcrafts the cat-back from 3-inch U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel and finishes it with dual 4.5-inch double-walled tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. It is engineered, designed and manufactured in-house in the USA, installs as a direct bolt-on and carries AWE's Perfect Fitment and No Check Engine Light guarantees and a lifetime exhaust warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit cars with the factory Active Valve exhaust?
No. This dual-tip system is for GT Fastbacks without the factory active exhaust. AWE offers separate systems for quad-tip cars.

Does it fit the Dark Horse?
No. The Dark Horse uses a different AWE part number.

Can I upgrade the headers later?
Yes. The slip-fit inlet adapters leave an open 3-inch connection for upstream upgrades.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

  • Fits U.S.-market 2024-2026 Ford Mustang GT and GT Premium Fastback (S650), RWD, dual-tip, without the factory active exhaust.
  • Convertible models: please call to confirm fitment before ordering.

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
