Overview

The AWE Touring Edition gives the Mk7 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack and Golf SportWagen 4MOTION a refined, drone-free voice. When you want more character from the 1.8T, the AWE Touring-to-Track Conversion Kit converts your existing AWE Touring Edition cat-back by replacing the rear 180 Technology® sections with straight Track Edition sections.

The Track Edition is the more unleashed sound of AWE's 4MOTION wagon exhaust, with clean, straight-through flow and the lightest weight of the range. Your AWE tips and the front of the system stay put, and you can keep the Touring sections to swap back later.

The sections are handcrafted from CNC mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel and engineered, designed and manufactured in-house at AWE. They bolt on with factory-like simplicity and carry AWE's No CEL Guarantee, Perfect Fitment Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty.

Does it work without an AWE exhaust?
No. It converts the AWE Alltrack / SportWagen 4MOTION Touring Edition. It is not a standalone exhaust.

Does it fit the front-drive SportWagen?
No. It is for the 4MOTION cars only.

Can I go back to Touring?
Yes. Keep your 180 Technology® sections and bolt them back on whenever you like.

Fitment Notes

Only for the AWE Touring Edition cat-back on the Mk7 Golf Alltrack and Golf SportWagen 4MOTION 1.8T. AWE's exhaust fits models with visible tailpipes only.
2018-2019 SportWagen 4MOTION owners: call us to confirm fitment before ordering.
AWE does not accept returns of the Track Edition for sound preference, so please be sure of the sound level you want before ordering.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
