Starting just before the rear axle, the AWE Track Edition Axle-Back Exhaust runs a full single 3-inch route and then splits to dual tip outlets, with absolutely no filter, so its sole purpose is to raise the volume of the B48 2.0L turbo four while staying 50-state emissions legal.

It is crafted from CNC mandrel-bent 3-inch U.S.-sourced .065-inch-wall T304L stainless steel in a clean, straight-through design. At 17 lbs versus 34.5 lbs for the stock rear section, it saves 17.5 lbs, and AWE dyno-verified max gains of 8 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque at the wheels from its G2X axle-backs.

AWE recommends the Track Edition for the 330i sedan with factory emissions equipment for an elevated in-cabin sound. Because the 430i coupe is naturally louder inside, AWE suggests most 430i owners consider the Touring Edition. Dual 4.5-inch tips come in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, and an AWE valve simulator bracket is included.

Fitment Notes
