The five-cylinder in the 8Y Audi RS3 has one of the best engine notes on the road, and the AWE Track Edition Exhaust lets you hear all of it, all the time. It takes the precision engineering of AWE's SwitchPath™ system and removes the driver's side muffler and the passenger side valve, so the exhaust behaves like a permanent valve-open setting. If you crave rich five-cylinder tones at every speed, this is your dose of steel.

AWE handcrafts the system from CNC mandrel-bent 3-inch and 2.5-inch U.S.-sourced .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel, with a clean, straight-through design that maximizes performance. AWE measured max gains of 9 hp and 11 lb-ft of torque at the wheels, and the Track Edition saves 39 lbs over stock. AWE valve simulators are included to accommodate the factory valve motors, and the system reuses your factory tips.

It is a direct bolt-on, made in the USA, and backed by AWE's Fitment Guarantee, No Check Engine Light Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty. AWE describes its RS3 cat-backs as 50-state emissions-compliant.

How is it different from SwitchPath?
SwitchPath keeps working valves and a muffler. Track Edition removes both for constant valve-open sound, and is sold as a separate listing.

Will I get a valve fault code?
No. AWE includes valve simulators for the factory valve motors.

Does it come with tips?
No. It reuses your factory RS3 tips.

Fitment Notes

Fits the 2022-2026 Audi RS3 sedan (8Y) with the 2.5L five-cylinder.
Not for the 8Y S3 or the 2017-2020 8V RS3, which use different AWE systems.
AWE does not accept returns of the Track Edition for sound preference, so please be sure of the sound level you want before ordering.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
