AWE Track Edition Exhaust for 2025-2026 BMW G90 M5 and G99 M5 Touring

The G90 M5 and G99 M5 Touring pair a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 with a plug-in hybrid system for staggering performance, and the AWE Track Edition Exhaust gives that V8 the voice it deserves. It is AWE's unleashed cat-back for the new M5: loud, deep and unapologetic.

AWE engineered the system for both the G90 sedan and the G99 Touring with a bespoke H-pipe that produces a deep, rasp-free tone. Machined flanges give optimal gasket sealing, the routing leaves maximum clearance for all factory chassis bracing and splash guards, and ball-and-socket joints make installation easy while letting the tips sit perfectly in the rear valance. AWE quotes a weight saving of 29.5 lb over stock for the Track Edition, and dyno-verified gains of up to 11 hp and 12 lb-ft at the wheels for its G9X exhaust suite.

The system is handcrafted in-house in the USA from dual 3-inch and 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with a .065-inch wall, and finishes with quad 4.5-inch double-walled tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. It is a direct bolt-on and carries AWE's Perfect Fitment and No Check Engine Light guarantees and a lifetime warranty.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.
