Overview

The 5.7-liter HEMI in the Dodge Charger R/T has a great V8 voice that the factory exhaust holds back. The AWE Track Edition Exhaust lets it out: a raw, unruly cat-back for drivers who want their Charger to sound as mean as it looks.

The Track Edition shares the precision-engineered H-pipe of AWE's Touring Edition for a deep, rich tone, but replaces the 180 Technology resonator with a straight section, so it gets loud in mid-range acceleration and on deceleration. It is engineered with clearance for larger aftermarket driveshafts and differentials, and AWE quotes maximum gains of 8 hp and 10 lb-ft at the wheels.

AWE handcrafts the system in the USA from full 3-inch CNC mandrel-bent, U.S.-made .065-inch wall T304L stainless steel in a clean, straight-through layout. It is a direct bolt-on for factory-like simplicity and finishes with dual 4.5-inch double-walled, slash-cut tips in Chrome Silver or Diamond Black. It carries AWE's Perfect Fitment and No Check Engine Light guarantees and a lifetime warranty, with one year on tip finishes. AWE conversion kits let you switch to the Touring rear sections later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it fit every Charger 5.7?
Only cars with round factory exhaust tips. AWE does not offer a fitment for Chargers with rectangular tips.

Does it fit the Scat Pack or Hellcat?
No. This system is for the 5.7L Charger only.

Can I make it quieter later?
Yes. AWE sells conversion kits that swap in the Touring Edition rear sections with 180 Technology.

Is it street legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Fitment Notes

Fits U.S.-market 2017-2023 Dodge Charger R/T and 2017-2018 Charger Daytona with the 5.7L HEMI and round factory exhaust tips.
Not for cars with rectangular tips, the 6.4L Scat Pack/392 or the Hellcat. Please call to confirm fitment if your car has rectangular tips or a factory valance change.
Direct bolt-on at the factory hangers, per AWE. No tune required.
AWE does not accept returns of the Track Edition for sound preference, so please listen to the clip above before ordering.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
