Love the full-bodied 3.0T tone of your AWE Track Edition but tired of the drone on long drives? The AWE Track-to-Touring Conversion Kit for the W205 C43, C450 and C400 turns your Track Edition into a Touring Edition by replacing the straight rear sections with AWE's 180 Technology® axle-backs.

180 Technology® is AWE's proprietary drone-cancelling design. Instead of choking flow with baffles, tuned chambers reflect the drone frequencies back out of phase so they cancel, and the main flow path stays straight through. You keep the X-pipe tone and the power, and lose the boom in the cabin at cruising speed.

The kit is a direct bolt-on: unclamp the Track rear section, fit the Touring axle-back on the same hangers, and clamp it up. It is handcrafted from U.S.-sourced CNC mandrel-bent 2.5-inch T304L stainless steel and built in-house by AWE, and costs far less than buying a complete Touring Edition. Keep your Track sections on the shelf so you can switch back for track days.

Is it legal?
AWE lists this system as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Fitment Notes

Only for the AWE Track Edition cat-back on the W205 C43, C450 and C400. It is not a standalone exhaust.
Fits the 2017-2021 AMG C43 Sedan (W205), 2017-2023 AMG C43 Coupe (C205), 2016 C450 AMG and 2015 C400 4MATIC. It does not fit the C43 Cabriolet, the C300, the V8 C63, or the 2023+ W206 C43 sedan.

Shipping & returns

Shipping: Orders ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS, from our facility near Los Angeles or directly from the manufacturer. Rates for many items are weight-based and shown at checkout. If you need it by a certain date, text us before you order.

Returns: Unused items in brand-new condition and original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, with a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases we can offer a lower fee with the balance as store credit. Shipping charges aren't refundable in either direction unless approved by AutoTalent.

Not returnable: special-order or custom items, and anything that has been installed, modified or altered.

Cancellations: free if the item is out of stock or we miss the ETA you agreed to. Other cancellations carry a 5% processing fee to cover card fees we can't recover. Special-order items can't be cancelled.

Damaged in transit? Report it to the carrier and to us within 48 hours, keep all packaging, and don't send anything back without our written approval.
